Inboxes

Security

Email is the most common way attacks reach a business. Vabaly Mail is built to stop the obvious ones.
Incoming and outgoing attachments are scanned. Infected files are blocked, with the reason shown.
Each message opens in an isolated view, so scripts hidden in an email never run in Vabaly.
Incoming mail is only accepted from our mail provider with a verified signature.
Workspace members can protect their Vabaly login with a second step.
Admin
You decide who gets what.
Owners and admins run mail for the whole company from one screen.
Add addresses for new starters and remove them when people leave. The mail stays with the company.
Choose exactly who can read each shared inbox, and change it at any time.
